We specialize in weddings, but we also love planning all types of special events including Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Whatever the occasion is, we plan it with an unrelenting level of style and care. Sometimes you just need a little extra help! This package is for the person who is comfortable taking care of the basic planning details, but wants someone to take the reins of the creative event design. We are here to provide you with stunning design plans and help execute them to perfection. We will also be at your event to ensure your vision comes to life!
We know that no two events are the same, so we are happy to customize a planning package for you based on your particular needs. We also offer hourly planning services, which can be purchased on their own or added to any existing package. This is perfect if you are simply interested in sitting down with a planner for some expert tips and advice, or if you want to extend the scope of your current planning package.

Our studio is located in the Sodo district of Seattle and is open by appointment only. Our offices are located in Kirkland.
Our team can help you select the perfect rental items for your event and create your custom proposal.
To move forward and reserve your rental items, we require a 30% deposit. There
is also a non-refundable 10% Damage Waiver Fee, which is charged on all rental items.
We do have a $1,000 minimum. This excludes delivery fees.
We are open 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
and by appointment only on Saturday-
Sunday. If you have an emergency
outside of these times, we do have a 24-
hour emergency phone number, which
we will provide before the event.
Our delivery radius is 20 miles of the
greater Seattle area. Exceptions
may be made on a case by case
basis, additional fees may apply.

Hannah is a luxury event planner & designer who has planned events throughout Seattle, California and New England. With 6+ years of event planning experience, she has an extensive knowledge of the event industry and specializes in learning event trends from around the world. Her knowledge, bubbly enthusiasm and calm demeanor combine to create a memorable and successful event every time. She applies her extraordinary passion and knowledge of design to make every occasion as exciting and as gorgeous as possible.
Cindy is a design guru who has glamorously styled a myriad of private parties and events throughout the Seattle area. She is widely known for her creative design ideas and flawless attention to every last detail. Cindy will not rest until your event is polished to perfection and standing apart from the crowd.

Delivery & pick up fees are quoted as a round trip fee. Rates are based on the time of delivery & pick up, and location of your event. It is necessary that the customer or their representative is available on-site to accept delivery.
Our delivery radius is within 10 miles of the greater Seattle area. Exception may be made on a case by case basis, although an additional fee may be incurred.
A minimum of a 2 hour delivery window is required or an additional fee may apply.
Our standard delivery runs from 9am-4:40pm. A late night delivery/pickup fee will apply for any events outside of our normal delivery window. Please call us for pricing specific to your event's times and location.
Portage fees may apply to deliveries that are greater than 100 feet from the delivery truck site. Portage fees may also apply when equipment must be transported up or down steep slopes, stairs or elevators. Elite Events must be notified of any obstacles to our delivery at least 10 days prior to the event. "Obstacles" include driveways not
accessible by truck, narrow doorways or small elevators. Elite Events will not be responsible if equipment cannot be loaded onto a location due to obstacles. For any further questions please contact below.
